Orders

Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Outside Switzerland delivery can generally take 1-3 weeks. No guarantee can be given for the information provided. The late arrival of goods does not entitle customers to refuse acceptance.

• Free for orders over CHF 50.00
• CHF 6.00 for orders under CHF 50.00
• Unfolded products CHF 6.00 per delivery

Delivery fee outside of Switzerland

• Swiss VAT will be deducted when debiting the credit card.
• Any import taxes and customs duties are payable by the customer.
• CHF 15.00 per delivery
• Unfolded products CHF 48.50 per delivery.

Payment

• Switzerland: with credit card (MasterCard, Visa), Postfinance Card or per invoice (30 days net)
• Payment outside of Switzerland: only with credit card (MasterCard or VISA)
